We spent our Christmas at this mountain hotel and loved the snowy landscape and festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for skiing and hiking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and cozy fireplace in the lounge.

Our room was small and cramped, with limited space to store our ski gear. Also, the walls were thin and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms at night. The restaurant was overcrowded and service was slow, leading to a long wait for our food. while we had a good time, the hotel could have improved on room size and noise level in the bedrooms, as well as the dining experience.

Nestled in the heart of nature, this hotel offers a serene atmosphere with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. the nearby forest paths provide an excellent opportunity for hiking or walking. the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the attentive service from the staff, create the perfect vacation experience. the restaurant serves delicious food and offers a relaxing atmosphere. Kids can enjoy the game room and play area while parents relax.

The breakfast could be a bit pricey for those on a budget.

Tucked away in the heart of the Black Forest, with stunning views and excellent staff. Perfect location for hiking and exploring the area. Hand sanitizers at every entrance was a great practice for ensuring good hygiene during these times.

Rooms without a balcony limited enjoyment of the views. During heavy traffic at the restaurant, sanitizing tables after every guest visit was challenging.
